Welcome to our online yoga series on the yoga sutras.
You love your yoga practice and now want to understand more behind the philosophy and why it makes you feel so good. Come learn the base text for yoga philosophy and yoga psychology, The Yoga Sutras. The sages have told us how and why yoga works. This knowledge begins to ground us deeper into our being and our yoga.
For four weeks we meet online with our zoom classroom to dive into the first two chapters of this ancient text. At the end of ever session we will apply the ideas to a short meditation practice. Holli makes these texts relevant to present day through anecdotes, humor and thoughtful questioning. With these qualities, she helps students apply these principles to their own personal lives.
Your mind will expand. Your practice will deepen. And best of all you will have an enjoyable time getting to know yourself better.
