Welcome to our online yoga workshop on forgiveness practice. This philosophy views forgiveness as a practice to embody rather than a one time action.
The first half of the workshop will express the theory behind practicing forgiveness and it’s relationship to the heart chakra. Through workshops and retreats, Holli created the six directions of forgiveness inspired by the hexagon geometry found in heart chakra imagery. We will investigate anger’s role in forgiveness, analyze forgiveness action versus vibration and release ego-judgements that hold us back from forgiving.
Through this dialogue, we will workshop through journaling and meditation your unique need to forgive the major six archetypes: Mother, Father, Sister, Brother, the Divine and Self.
That investigation will be the spring board for a hatha yoga practice, including asanas, pranayama and meditation.
